Turtle Rock Willow White, 2018

Our 2018 vintage starts with amazing aromatics, floral meets stone fruit. This wine is Grenache Blanc heavy which has fruit, body and acidity that makes it a perfect varietal to build upon. Blending with Roussanne for texture and complexity, Viognier for aromatics and Picpoul for a nice acid pop. Aged in 40% new French oak that gives this wine a bit of creaminess. The remaining was aged in neutral French oak to preserve the acidity & minerality. This wine pairs nicely with bacon wrapped scallops or almond crusted chicken. Cases produced 139.
