Straka Stratos White, Burgenland

This organically farmed bottling from Burgenland in Austria is an exotic blend of Hungarian clone Welschriesling, with small amounts of Riesling and Chardonnay. Fermented with native yeasts and bottled unfiltered, this is beautifully layered and shows gorgeous spritzy texture on the palate along with flinty minerals and ripe white peach and pineapple fruit.
