Beer lovers, this one’s for you! We sent some American Oak kegs on a round-trip to The Filling Station Microbrewery in Traverse City. They filled the kegs with Imperial Stout, then emptied and returned them to Iron Fish, to be refueled with bourbon sourced by Iron Fish while our farm distilled whiskey ages. Malt forward notes of cherry, dark chocolate and dried fruit. From the other side of the tracks to you – climb aboard and ride-along with our spirit.
