This Celani Family Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged 20 months in 90% new French oak barrels and bottled without fining or filtration. The result is a wine that possesses off-the-chart aromatics of roasted, ripe blackberries, black cherries, crème de cassis, violets, graphite, and beautiful minerality. Hints of black cardamom, cigar box, sexy French oak and dark chocolate add to the wine’s aromatic complexity. This is a full throttle wine that embodies grace, power and seduction.
