This 15 year old has been encased in specially commissioned crimson glass, as an ode to the battle of fire and ice that birthed Ragnarok - the new world.
Entirely matured in refill Port seasoned casks – a first for Highland Park – the result is a vibrant single malt with the natural hue of glowing flames. Damsons, cinnamon, dried fruit and chocolate dance on the tongue, before sizzling to an intense fruity finish, we call it a ‘Scorched Eclair’.
