CELANI FAMILY VINEYARDS CHARDONNAY, NAPA VALLEY, 2020

The 2020 Celani Family Vineyard Chardonnay is made from estate grown grapes in the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley. The Chardonnay was whole-cluster pressed and fermented on its lees using 40% new French oak barrels with the remainder in self-stirring egg-shaped concrete fermenters. In order to retain the Chardonnay’s natural acidity, malolactic fermentation was inhibited.
